The
brigade participates in many community events through-out the year.
It gives us a chance to meet those that support us as well as saying
thank you. One such example is the recent Ipswich Show. The Brigade
decided to participate and set up a static display to help promote community
awareness about bushfires and property preparations for the coming fire
season. It was a fun couple of days with thanks to those Members who
volunteered.

Blazer

You
see all kinds of sights at the Show.

Then
there are some sights you shouldn't have to see.
Here
is a selection of photos from previous years.
We've
included some photos from previous years to showcase 'The Show'. Blazer
and a new friend.

This
policeman's face looks familar. We nearly didn't recognise Peter without
his rural firefighters yellows on.

Blazer
and Michael really know how to get around.

The
Ipswich Show is a great place to meet people and share the fire safety
message.

We
could ask "Spot the Dummy?" but it looks like Tony was having
a good time.

The
Brigade actually does need a replacement mower but this beauty might
be out of our budget.
